BJ Wilson Tēnā koe,

I’m Bobbie-Jo (BJ) Wilson. My interest stems from a number of reasons, however 4 main ones would be my 4 beautiful daughters. 2 currently attend Gulf Harbour School and 2 will start in the near future, so it’s fair to say, I have a vested interest in the success and direction of Gulf Harbour School. I understand and value the importance and influence a school has on individuals, families and the wider community and as such, am wanting to take this opportunity to be more involved and lend my voice to this purpose.

I am passionate about the nurturing of Te Reo Māori (Māori language) and proud of our Māori culture that I feel we are all lucky to experience here in NZ. I enjoy and celebrate the cultural diversity that is evident within Gulf Harbour School, and feel this offers an opportunity for wider learning, while providing a richness to our children, our school, and to our community.

“He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata”.

What is the most important thing in the world? It is people, it is people, it is people.

Nā reira,
Tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou katoa.

Bobbie-Jo Wilson
